This old field blend red was fermented in lagares, aged in old barrels for 18 months and, with bottle age, presents a slinky, elegant palate, with refined tannins and aromatic intensity to its wild black and blue fruits. Lingering clove, orange peel, bergamot, lavender, pine needle and inky floral layers, with a salty undertow and balsamic edge. Unfurling beautifully.
