This outstanding Merlot that has gone through partial (30%) whole-bunch fermentation and 48 months of barrique aging. Sweet black plum, black cherries and cocoa aromas on the nose with hints of soya umami. Silky but masculine tannins form the structure, which is filled with intense ripe black cherries and prunes as the flesh. Elegant and warming, still have ages ahead.
