Californian Sam O’Keefe has made a home in Greyton in the Cape’s Overberg region. Here she crafts single variety wines and has made a name for her plush, bright whites. Her Pinot, however, is just as noteworthy; aromatic with chewy red cherry and red liquorice notes and a palate that’s earthy with crunchy, spicy pepper and more of that delicious red fruit.
