New to the excellent M&S Found range, this is made from Spanish Sherry grape Palomino, sourced from 45-year-old dry-farmed bush vines in South Africa's rugged Piekenierskloof. It's an absolute cracker for £9.50! Bone-dry, textured and savoury; layered with apple, Bosc pear, grapefruit peel, kumquat and a salinity that makes it a winner for picnic pairings with charcuterie and cheese.
