After three years, the wine now shows capsicum, struck flint, green apples and white blossom. Racy and lean on the palate with an energetic citrus core, the zest and brace is tempered by eight months on lees. From Semillon bush vines located on the fringe of Darling, planted in sandy, loam soils.
