Historic estate Klein Constantia was founded in 1685 and is best known for its sweet Vin de Constance. But this new arrival in the Sainsbury's premium range is a classy Cape Sauvignon, elegant and packed with notes of lemon-and-lime, green pepper and green fig, all underpinned by racy lime acidity. Available from 1st November.
