Tasted blind. Quite introverted on the nose, there's some subtle blueberry and herbal bitters. Cooling, fresh, with some inner depths on the palate. Focussed, dry, serious, very fresh and intense. Perhaps just a little too much of the bitter herbs on the finish for comfort.
