Puffs of blossoms, lilies and roses, topped with tart red fruits, cranberries, sour cherries and an undertow of wild beach scrub. The fruit becomes deeper on the palate, dark cherries and plums, woven through with intricate tannins firmed up from eight months in old French oak and rinsed through with nervy coastal acidity.
