Quite closed to start with, but fresh and vibrant on the palate. Rooibos, fynbos, oregano notes on the palate, more so than fruit – it's really more of a herbal tonic. Fresh and cleansing. Dry farmed on granite soils, Cinsault with a splash of Syrah.
