The extra dollop of sugar enhances the fruit rather than the sweetness, and thus we encounter candied tangerine notes next to rye bread pepperiness. Full of fruit and verve coming to an off-dry salty and savoury finish, happily defying flavour boundaries – this will be a huge winner at the table.
