A glorious floral fragrance zooms out of the glass: raspberries, strawberries, roses and violets all crushed together, like potpourri. Light-bodied and very fleet-of-foot on the palate, a piercing vein of acidity runs through it and the tannins are discreet. Aged in French demi-muids for 12 months, it also has 10% Cabernet Franc in the blend, which works well. Elegant, fine and very drinkable.
