This well made single-vineyard sparkler was awarded silver at DWWA 2026 and it's easy to see why. Subtle toastiness to the refreshing citrus and orchard aromas, complemented by a honeyed edge to the palate. A fresh driving line of acidity leads to a brisk green apple finish with mineral freshness. Great value for money at under £20.
