With a background in the restaurant business, Ken Forrester had a vision of Chenin’s potential that has put him at the forefront of South Africa's Chenin movement. The Old Vine Reserve, which comes from 40-year-old-vines picked by hand, is more affordable than Forrester’s FMC, however, like the FMC, it still ages remarkably well so expect it to show well in 20 years. 

The youthful 2018 has a very attractive delicate texture, displaying balance and finesse with apple and pineapple notes and some soft acidity on the finish.
