It has a nice texture, some fine, ripe tannins and good acidity, helping to pull together this Mediterranean-inspired blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Mourvedre, Sangiovese and Barbera. A good match for beef wellington.
