So named as this blend incorporates all the white grapes grown on Johan 'Stompie' Meyer’s high-altitude farm: Grenache Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette Blanc and Marsanne. It’s both an exploration of the Piket-Bo-Berg's terroir and the wine that got the project going in the first place, now in its seventh year. All natural winemaking and organic grape-growing. Keeping cultivars separate, the tiny crop was basket-pressed and racked to old 500Ls for wild ferment and maturation (one new foudre was used). A basket weave of scents; hay, white blossom, fynbos honey, orange-citrus and melon. Good heft to the palate for its relative moderate alcohol, with a creamy citrus undertow and a tangy alpine acidity.
