From a Paardeberg vineyard planted in 1960. Attractive reduction, wet stone and rainwater freshness open to an exotic perfume of saffron, beeswax, yellow flowers and jasmine tea. Whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented for a pithy, lightly phenolic texture. White pear and peach flesh out the core with vivid, savoury acidity extending the finish.
