Swartland is the most exciting region in South Africa at the moment and this new Discovery wine shows why. A blend of Portuguese grapes Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barocca with a splash of French Durif, it's bold and wild, with a dense core of mulberry, blackberry and damson fruit, with savoury and spicy complexity. Pair with richly spiced dishes.
