This non-vintage, pure Chenin Blanc is a blend of a stainless steel portion, a skin-contact portion, a maderised portion and a portion under flor, all assembled and blended to perfection. The V5 or fifth version from multiple vintages is one of Ryan Mostert’s most accomplished expressions to date. Slightly quirky yet thoroughly entrancing and palate-seducing.
