Always one of the first 2026 vintages to be released, the arrival of Babylonstoren's rosé heralds summer days. Made from Simonsberg Mountain fruit, the new vintage is salmon pink with fresh aromas of pink grapefruit, red cherry and lemon sherbert. There's super depth of fruit on the palate – pure, vibrant cherries, strawberries, pomegranate and tart rhubarb – with bright natural acidity that balances the generous creamy texture, plus a spritzy lime sherbet finish. The official rosé of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, it's a perfect glass to enjoy in the garden on sunny days.
