A blend of 90% biodynamic Voor-Paardeberg Syrah, Swartland Syrah and a little Breedekloof Cinsault, with 80% whole-bunch fruit used. Beautiful fluidity on the palate, flooded with very ripe blackberries and Szechuan pepper. It sits up straight on the palate, showing a real sense of alertness and brightness. Tightly wound and highly gluggable, finishing on spicy, sappy stalks.
