An approachable fizz whose 9g/L dosage and full malolactic fermentation gives it a round, honeyed sweetness that makes it a crowd-pleasing style. With just over 12 months on lees it doesn't have the toasty, leesy complexity of some, but the ripe yellow apple fruit is bountiful. Made by Alastair Rimmer, much of the fruit is from Stellenbosch, with a proportion from cooler Robertson.
