This vintage blanc de blancs is starting to show some evolved mushroom notes on the nose; a suggestion of umami, alongside golden citrus, pineapple and biscuity toast. The palate is expansive, yet with a focused line of acidity; elegant toastiness and fine layers of citrus and tropical fruit. Classy – and great value.
