Made from Pinot Noir sourced in Durbanville and Elgin, and Chardonnay from Robertson and Darling, this spent four and a half years on lees. Just 2,990 bottles were made. Expressive, crisp Cox's apple aromas are mouthwatering, and the palate is vivid, with bright freshness supported by a soft, gentle but lively mousse. Brisk and precise, its ripe fruit speaks of African sun. Textured, full-flavoured, elegant and ripe with lovely substance and just 3.8g/L of dosage.
