The original Cap Classique – and a silver medal winner at DWWA 2026. A portion of the Chardonnay in this vintage blend was fermented in oak, with the wine spending 14 months in the bottle before release. Appealing nose of ripe apple, pear and fresh citrus, with pretty peachy hints and a delicate toastiness. Rounded and elegant, with a fine mousse; nice depth to the palate; a savoury undertone but plenty of bright acidity and citrus freshness, leading to a pithy finish. A classic aperitif.
