Known as Mourvèdre in France, where it's commonly blended with Grenache and Syrah, this Spanish Monastrell offers a hefty mouthful of ripe black berries, dried fruit sweetness and wild herbs. It's a warm, chewy, meaty wine that would be great with spicy sausages.
