Fernando Mora MW was a wind engineer before he fell in love with wine and decided to become a winemaker, starting out with 28 vines planted in his grandparents garden and founding his winery in a friend's garage. Today the Bodegas Frontonio range is 12 strong and includes this minimal intervention, small production Garnacha. Modern and fruit-forward style, with lifted red and black berry aromas. Cherries and red berries are layered on the fresh palate, with a sprinkle of spice from eight months in second-use French oak and well integrated tannins. Harmonious and very well made.
