Truly idiosyncratic expression of Monastrell, part of a collection of limited releases that, each vintage, hones in on specific vineyards and winemaking approaches. It dances in the glass with aromas of cranberry, pomegranate and maraschino cherry, topped with aniseed, wild fennel and dried rose petals. Focused and fresh on the palate, with mineral tannins, finely structured and coated in seaspray, backed by a firm acid backbone. Long tail of oregano and sage. A Monastrell with a truly Mediterranean soul.
