Disgorged in September 2019, the 2011 vintage of Serral del Vell went through lees ageing for as long as 89 months. An equal blend of biodynamic Xarel-lo and Macabeo, it's complex and oxidative on the nose, featuring marzipan and sweet-spiced apple tart. Incredible depth and texture on the palate, savoury with roasted and salted almonds and more baked apple, balanced by 5g/l of acidity. Extremely long.
