Textbook Albariño grown on the traditional parral canopy over decayed granite soil. Vines are 35 years old and tend more to fresh minerality in character than simple fruit. This is the easiest of Eulogio Pomares’ white wines to track down, but do also seek out Balado, El Palomar and Tras da Viña if you can.
