A single-vineyard wine from the Carrascal vineyard, made from lightly sundried grapes. The casks are filled almost to the top to lessen the flor influence in the wine, then after ageing the wine is assembled from a number of vintages, a traditional technique known as seleccion de añadas. There's a generosity and roundness to the palate here, and tangy citrus and apple fruit with a hint of herbs and a touch of breadiness from the flor. Great balance.
