What’s the difference between this and regular PX? It’s the dose of oloroso Sherry, added to young PX, which lessens the immense sweetness, and adds the finesse lacking in the high-street cream Sherries. Plus, it's an average 20 years old (hence the VOS designation). The bodega itself is a bucket-list visit with an exceptional art collection, and an equally precious archive of the Sherry business from the original bodega founded in 1650.
