Another 100% Garnacha from old vines in the hot-spot of San Martín de Unx. Malolactic fermentation and 10 months of aging in an old 4,500-litre clay jar preserves the purity of blueberry and red berry fruit. A touch of orange peel and dark chocolate add complexity. Great texture with chalky tannins and very fresh acidity.
