A classic Txakoli from Getaria: slightly cloudy and with just enough spritz, the nose reveals fresh green apple, lemon, elderflower and intense salinity. As you'd expect, the wine is driven by racy acidity and is fantastically fresh and appealing. A light, aperitif-style wine, it benefits from being poured from a height, as per Basque custom, and offers plenty of old-school charm.
