Made from late-picked Izkiriota (Gros Manseng), this is a light and refreshing sweet wine with plenty of character. Tropical pineapple and passion fruit with herbal, minty aromas lead to a fleshy and creamy palate. It marries perfectly with blue cheese or even a little jamón. There aren’t many sweet wines made in the Basque Country, but thankfully Astobiza makes this when the autumn conditions are favourable.
