Juicy pomegranate, redcurrant, wild strawberry and orange are followed by red apple crunch and an earthy, appetising touch of cherry pit. Wet stone adds detail and fluidity. Lovely herbal frame of sage and oregano. Decisive grip on the back palate supporting texture and length. Lingering saline note of green olive brine.
