A blend of 65% Viura with 25% Tempranillo Blanco, 5% Malvasía and a touch of Calagraño and Garnacha Blanca, this is a beautifully crafted white, 80% fermented in new French oak barriques and aged for a year, with the balance in concrete egg tanks. It's a textural, restrained, complex wine, with lemon curd, stone fruit and a pithy, salty lift that brings energy. A modern white, crafted with precision and the ageability of great white Riojas.
