If the wine were younger it would still be perfect; at 125 years of age, it is beyond any praise. Deep bright garnet colour, intense and precise floral and dry herbs aromas, a hint of candied fruits, slightly tarry, with a hint of fungi. Powerful, unbelievable depth. Magic in its intensity and presence. An unforgettable experience. No way to know how long the wine stayed maturing in barrel - I assume four years.
