Super elegant nose mingling violets, oregano, thyme. Very fine wood tannins, gravelly but fine – these sit elegantly on the mouth without astringency – rather with citric vividness. Great purity of fruit. Still has a long time ahead but it's already so drinkable, with appealing crunchiness and balsamic length. Very long finish with a tail of blood orange zest and red apple peel and an Atlantic, iodine note.
