Meaning 'of the night', this wine utilises a waterback soft press to achieve a richer character and retain aroma, a process done overnight, hence the name. Aged in 100% French oak for 22 months, this has an Italian ripasso-style red fruit richness on the nose along with some spice. The palate has plenty of fine tannins and a lovely red fruit and menthol character with textural richness. The long finish has red cherry notes.
