Rosé

This is a resounding success: it keeps a classic rosé profile, but offers red wine aromas and a round structure. To my knowledge, this is the only rosé wine in Rioja made with Graciano as the main variety. In principle, the idea makes sense, since Graciano keeps high natural acidity and holds open fruit precursors, but it is difficult to extract fruit and no colour from this grape. Probably not for long ageing, but offers identity and pleasure; mostly for clarete lovers.
