30% carbonic maceration gives this new-wave Penedès Garnacha a real lift. Deep and inky in colour, there is plenty of dark, spicy black cherry and damson on the palate, with a refreshing savoury, slightly mineral edge. Lightly oaked, there is warmth and Spanish character here. Very moreish.
