Pronounced minerality on the palate, which has astonishing depth and purity. Vibrant citrus, plus more rounded notes of mandarin, salinity, mouthwatering acidity, plus lanolin and beeswax notes that linger prettily on the super-fresh, zesty grapefruit and lemon finish. Great match for sushi and sashimi. Just 7,000 bottles produced in this release.
