Red Rioja gets all the plaudits, but Spain's most famous wine region does whites (and rosés) too. Usually 100% Viura, this has 30% Chardonnay to give it more commercial appeal, and it rounds out the green melon flavours with nutty dried apple notes. Try it with fish and chips!
