Bringing the number of single-varietal Marmajeulo wines this critic has tried to low-single fingers (ok, it’s the first), this delightful white certainly leaves me wanting more. Aged in a mix of stainless steel and concrete egg, the vinification gives you a chance to see the varietal characteristics: here you have vivid tropical fruit: guava and splash of lime on a lingering, mouth filling but super fresh and vibrant palate. Fascinating.
