Named for the distinctive snake-like, braided, low-to-ground local trenzado trellising system, this blend of 90% old-vine Listán Blanco with small dollops of Pedro Ximénez and Vidueño , which is aged in a mix of French oak barrique and concrete, positively vibrates with tangy, salty mineral-laced acidity. Citrusy in fruit tone, with a touch of reductive-smoky complexity.
