An enjoyable, everyday Bobal, aged for four months in clay amphorae. Quintessentially Mediterranean, the luscious cherry, plum and mulberry fruit is sprinkled abundantly with sage, thyme and basil. A thin lining of liquorice and aniseed adds further energy. Fresh and fluid throughout. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
