Another warmly oaky Ticino wine, though Merlot’s plummy fruit nature carries that treatment well. Soft acidity and tender fruit; the oak is palpable but not intrusive, and the tannins are more generous than I expected, though tender in style too. I can imagine enjoying this graceful wine very much.
