Balfour's Blanc de Blancs is only made in exceptional vintages: this is the third release in the winery's 21 year history. From the excellent 2018 vintage it has an elegant, richly honeyed palate distinguished by small persistent bubbles. Fresh acidity wraps around notes of lemon and lime citrus, ripe pear and green apple, with a crisp persistent finish. Lovely!
