Pale salmon pink in colour. Yeast, sweet red berries, camomile and elderflower on the nose. The bubbles were almost explosive when the fizz hit the palate. Richly textured with creamy red apple, ripe strawberry and lemon zest. A touch of residual sugar combined with the ripe fruits balances the piercing acidity. Red apple peel on the finish.
