This Brut cuvée from 2018 has delicate lemon and lime zest aromas, with lovely autolytic characters. Brioche, croissant and crusty bread with a small hint of melon on the attack, followed by a tart limey tang and a very dry lemon pulp, chalky finish. Owned and run by Swedish-Italian-Greek couple Susanna and Douglas Busi-Jacobsohn, this estate is based in East Sussex and is producing classy, quality wines that taste delicious. Dosage: 6.1g/L.
